Our Approach to Learning

Our approach to learning is practical - a solid conceptual understanding combined with how-to training and tools for performance enhancement and job support.

Our courses consist of presentations, case studies, exercises and individual and small group work with value-added take away materials for use as a continuing resource.

Learning builds upon individual experience and a high level of interaction among participants, instructors and speakers. We assume everyone brings experience that we can lever via a facilitative process to achieve a synergy with what is being presented.

The Centre draws upon the skills and knowledge of its team of seasoned professionals - all of whom have many years of experience as trainers and practicioners in their own areas of specialization.

Official Languages

Open-registration workshops are available in English only; however, the majority of our workshops can be delivered in French on an in-house basis. Many of our coaches are bilingual and, as such, coaching services can be provided in English or French.
