Our approach to learning and engagement is practical – a solid conceptual understanding combined with how-to training and tools for performance enhancement and job support.
Our courses consist of presentations, case studies, exercises, and individual and small group work with value-added take away materials for use as a continuing resource.

Concrete, applicable skills and increased knowledge through a combination of theory and hands-on case work and exercises. CEC workshops normally include a comprehensive participant manual and other materials and templates. Coaching, consulting and other communications support is customized to meet the client’s needs.
Official Languages
Open-registration workshops are available in English only; however, our workshops can be delivered in French on an in-house basis. Many of our coaches are bilingual and, as such, coaching services can be provided in English or French.
